Contact support@definepeptides.com. Support is available seven days per week from 07:00–19:00 CET.

Placing an order

Orders are placed and paid on our secure hosted checkout at checkout.definepeptides.com. Adding products to the local cart does not reserve stock, create a contract or take payment.

Products and intended use

Materials are offered for laboratory research only and are not for human consumption. Product pages identify the material and labelled amount. You are responsible for checking that the selected item is appropriate for your lawful institutional or laboratory purpose.

Prices, VAT and quantity savings

Displayed EUR prices include VAT. No additional VAT is added at checkout. Products and labelled amounts may be mixed for quantity savings: 2 vials save 10%; 3–4 save 15%; 5–9 save 20%; 10–19 save 35%; and 20 or more save 40%.

EU delivery

Standard EU delivery is €15. Delivery is free when the order value before quantity discounts is over €200. The current estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Read the complete shipping, cancellation and returns policy.

Problems with an item

Contact support if an item is damaged, defective, missing, incorrect or not as described. Reporting delivery damage within 48 hours helps us resolve it quickly, but does not limit mandatory rights if you contact us later.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns because product integrity depends on controlled storage and the material may deteriorate after delivery. This does not affect mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Website information

We take reasonable care to keep product and commercial information accurate.
