Define serves all European Union member states. Standard delivery is €15, or free when the order value before quantity discounts is over €200.
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch throughout the EU.
Please report delivery damage preferably within 48 hours for the fastest resolution. We do not accept change-of-mind returns because product integrity depends on controlled storage and the material may deteriorate after delivery. This does not limit mandatory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
The hosted checkout accepts Visa and Mastercard. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
